Delving into the basic principles we will be exploring:

2) A look at cosmic and earth energy and how it effects every thing around us.

3) A look at Human Energy: Hand energies, Discovering your Aura and how it can affect you and those around you.

4) Discovering and opening your chakras, including opening your third eye.

5)  Breathing and relaxation: as a route to balancing your energies

6) Tuning In, learning to cleanse negativity around you, and closing down.

7) Self Healing

8) Developing your psychic defences.

 

The workshop will be a hands on experience, and will require interaction with other people to show you the effects of energy, healing and so forth.

By the end of the day you will have a better understanding of the underlying principles of the universe that govern us all, and how to work and use them to your benefit.
